All-Round ("we", "our", "us") operates the All-Round AI Coach mobile application. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

1. Data We Collect

Account data: Email address, name, username, date of birth, country (auto-detected from device locale).

Profile data: Avatar photo, throwing hand, training goals, weekly training goal.

Game data: Scores, game results, session history, throw data, calibration results.

Motion data (Pro tier only): Accelerometer and gyroscope data from Apple Watch during throws, heart rate, and heart rate variability. This data is only collected when you have an active Pro subscription and an Apple Watch connected.

Device data: Device type, model, OS version, app version, push notification tokens.

Usage data: Screen views, feature usage, session duration (anonymous analytics).

Support data: Messages sent through in-app support chat.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and improve the app experience
• Generate AI coaching analysis and weekly training plans
• Track your progress, statistics, and career progression
• Send push notifications (game reminders, weekly plans, tournament updates)
• Process subscriptions via RevenueCat (our payment processor)
• Respond to support requests
• Anonymous analytics to improve the app

3. AI Processing

We use third-party AI services to generate coaching analysis, weekly plans, and chat responses. Your game data and motion metrics (if Pro) are sent to the AI for analysis. The AI does not store your data beyond the request. No personally identifiable information (name, email) is sent to the AI — only anonymised performance data.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure hosted in the EU. Motion data from Apple Watch is transmitted from your Watch to your iPhone, then to our servers. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

5. Third-Party Services

• Email delivery — Transactional emails

We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data may be retained.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This action is irreversible and removes all your data from our servers.

9. Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
