These terms govern your use of the All-Round AI Coach mobile application ("the App") operated by All-Round ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Account

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person.

2. Subscriptions

The App offers free and paid subscription tiers (Standard, Pro). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy
• Free tier is limited to 10 games
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate game scores, Elo ratings, or career progression
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent game limits or bans
• Harass other users through challenges, follows, or support channels
• Upload inappropriate content as your profile avatar
• Interfere with the App's operation or other users' experience

4. AI Coaching

The App provides AI-generated coaching advice, training plans, and session analysis. This content is generated by artificial intelligence and is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional coaching. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated advice.

5. Apple Watch & Motion Data

The App uses Apple Watch sensors to track throwing mechanics (Pro tier only). By using this feature, you consent to the collection of accelerometer, gyroscope, heart rate, and heart rate variability data during your throwing sessions. This data is used solely for coaching analysis.

6. Content

Video content in the Learn section is sourced from third-party creators (YouTube). We do not own this content and are not responsible for its accuracy. Videos may be removed or changed without notice.

7. Online Play

When playing online games with other users, you agree to play fairly and complete games you start. Repeatedly abandoning games may result in penalties to your Elo rating or temporary restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, AI models, and branding are the intellectual property of All-Round. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through Apple.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or that the App will meet your specific requirements. Use of the App during physical activity (dart throwing) is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All-Round shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or physical injury.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
